Tender for RTB Bor called

The Serbian Privatisation Agency has announced a tender for the sale of mining and metallurgical complex RTB Bor at a minimum price of $266.7 million.
The complex includes three units, namely the Bor copper mine, copper mine Majdanpek and the Bor ironworks and refinery.
The bidder must have at least two years of experience related to production of copper and other non-ferrous metals. The bidder’s generated revenues in the past business year must be above $40 million while the property managed by the bidder must be worth at least $115 million, the agency said.
The tender documentation will be available until Friday, September 6, at a price of $10,000 in the dinar equivalent value.
