Historical ties, shared values at core of relations with Russia

Đurđević Stamenkovski underlined that relations between the two countries are traditionally close, friendly and based on the historical ties and shared values of the two nations.
The interlocutors agreed that, in today’s turbulent geopolitical circumstances, it is of exceptional importance to maintain good relations, stability and cooperation, since, as they noted, peace and a multipolar world are a shared interest of both Serbia and Russia.
During the talks, an agreement was also reached on exchanging experiences and intensifying cooperation in the areas of preserving tradition and the culture of remembrance.
