Minister of Foreign Affairs Marko Đurić met today with Director for Europe at the UK Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office Victoria Billing to discuss the development of bilateral relations between the two countries and the current situation in the Western Balkans region.

The two officials expressed mutual satisfaction with the current dynamics of bilateral cooperation, with a confirmed readiness for its further improvement, including the intensification of the strategic dialogue.
It was also emphasised that preserving peace and stability in the region is a prerequisite for establishing more comprehensive cooperation in the Western Balkans.
At the meeting, Đurić confirmed Serbia’s continued commitment to the principles of good neighbourliness and joint work to strengthen and build trust.
