In a conversation with Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Cyprus Constantinos Kombos, Đurić emphasised that Serbia seeks to continue with intensive political dialogue and exchange of visits in the coming period, and opinions were also exchanged on current global issues important to both sides.
The head of Serbian diplomacy expressed his gratitude to Cyprus for its continued support for Serbia in the European integration process and expressed his belief that this support will continue in the future, especially during the Cypriot presidency of the Council of the European Union.
At a meeting with Minister of Foreign Affairs, International Business and Cooperation of the Republic of Suriname Melvin Bouva, Đurić reached an agreement that the two countries have a lot of potential for improving economic cooperation, as well as cooperation in the fields of agriculture, the food industry and IT.
He pointed out the need to improve political dialogue and implement visits at the highest and high levels, while, speaking about cooperation between the ministries of foreign affairs, he conveyed Serbia’s interest in holding political consultations.
At a meeting with Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Federal Republic of Somalia Abdisalam Abdi Ali, the Minister reiterated Serbia's clear commitment to developing relations and cooperation in all areas of mutual interest.
During the meeting in New York, the Foreign Ministers of Serbia and Somalia signed a Memorandum of Cooperation between the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Serbia and the Diplomatic Institute of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Somalia.
