Minister of European Integration Nemanja Starović met today with Director-General of the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Neighbourhood and Enlargement Negotiations (DG ENEST) Gert Jan Koopman.
During the meeting, the officials exchanged views on the Growth Plan and the Reform Agenda, as well as the steps that Serbia is taking in the European integration process.
Starović emphasised that the Government of Serbia is fully committed to implementing reforms that will bring concrete benefits to citizens, through the strengthening of institutions and the rule of law, as well as the improvement of economic and social standards.
The Minister expressed confidence that Serbia, with the support of the European Commission, will continue to advance along its European path, emphasising that Serbia’s strategic commitment is full membership in the European Union.
