Serbian negotiating team for Kosovo-Metohija holds meeting

Members of Serbia’s negotiating team for Kosovo-Metohija held a meeting today in the Serbian Presidency building and examined a report of Serbian Prime Minister Vojislav Kostunica on his visit to the United States as well as his address to the UN Security Council’s session dedicated to Kosovo-Metohija.

The negotiating team examined the report and prepared for Belgrade-Pristina meetings due to take place on July 18 and 19 in Vienna. The Vienna talks will focus on the position of the Serbian Orthodox Church in Kosovo-Metohija and preservation of Serbian cultural heritage as well as the decentralisation issue in the province.
The meeting today was presided over by team co-president and chief negotiator Serbian President Boris Tadic. The meeting was also attended by team co-president and chief negotiator Serbian Prime Minister Vojislav Kostunica and chief negotiator Serbian Minister of Foreign Affairs Vuk Draskovic.
