At the end of a four-day visit to Kosovo, Raskovic-Ivic said that the situation on the ground is extremely difficult and that Serbs have grown used to the fact that they are not safe, but they are frightened by the mention of an independent Kosovo.
According to her, the young are jobless, there is a problem of housing space, houses are pulled down, and in addition to all that, there are many administrative problems that make the life of Serbs even more difficult.
Raskovic-Ivic said that the issue of decentralisation is of extreme importance because in every place she has visited in the last four days, people asked if their village or community will be included in the procedure of decentralisation, which they see as a key to their survival.
