Tender for sale of Nis Ekspres declared unsuccessful

The Serbian Privatisation Agency stated today that the tender commission in charge of the tender for sale of 70% of socially-owned capital of Nis Ekspres company decided not to start talks with the only bidder and to declare the tender unsuccessful.
The decision was made because the only bidder, the Consortium Nis Ekspres, did not commit itself to make any investments in the company it wanted to purchase and because its offer was unsatisfactory.
