Speaking at a panel at which he presented the National Investment Plan, Dinkic specified that these incentives refer to "greenfield investments" and that the Serbian government set aside €20 million to that purpose at its last session.
According to Dinkic, an investor will be required to place a banker's guarantee, and the money for newly-employed will be paid out in several stages, in line with the pace of works on the investment.
The Minister of Finance visited yesterday afternoon the Nis neighbourhood of Brzi Brod, where he promised €1 million for the construction of a school. After that, he visited the newly-built Regional centre for education of school workers, which will start working in September.
Dinkic also visited the Clinical Centre of Nis, where he attended the opening of a newly-erected admission department of internal clinics, and in the village of Lalinac he participated in laying the corner stone for the construction of a new bridge that will cut the villagers' road to their fields for more than 20 kilometers.
Yesterday Dinkic visited Knjazevac and the Stara Planina Mountain as well, where he announced the beginning of construction of a modern ski centre with a four-seat ski lift whose capacity will be 34,000 skiers per hour, which is 10,000 skiers more than on Mount Kopaonik.
He said that partners from Austria have already worked out a feasibility study which has shown that the capacity of Stara Planina is 100 kilometers of ski piste.
