At a press conference following a meeting with UNMIK Deputy Head Steven Schook, Raskovic-Ivic stressed that plans for the return of IDPs are conditioned by the course of the decentralisation process, as well as by Kosovo's destiny.
She stressed that collective centres in Kosovo-Metohija, Serbia and Montenegro will have priority in solving the issue of IDP return.
Raskovic-Ivic said that the meeting with Schook was "good" and "constructive" and that they also discussed privatisation process in the province.
She said that "the Serbian side did not agree on many issues", adding that it is possible to "revise" the privatisation of 178 companies in Kosovo but it is necessary to find room for the changes proposed by Belgrade.
According to Raskovic-Ivic, the meeting also looked at the demolished Serbian property in Kosovo and the rescheduling of the deadline for a decree regulating this issue.
Schook said he is pleased that the Protocol was signed, adding that the reason for his trip to Belgrade was to begin "an open and honest dialogue" with the Coordinating Centre regarding the return of IDPs and their property.
He said that the dialogue is in the best interest not only of those wishing to return home, but also of the province's future economic development.
