The Serbian Privatisation Agency has said that the tender commission for sale of 100% stake in socially-owned company Magnohrom ranked bids for the Kraljevo manufacturer of fire-proof materials and electrothermic products.
The offer made by Global Steel Holdings Limited from the Isle of Man, UK, was ranked first while Bomex Export Import from Belgrade was ranked as second.
The first ranked bid includes selling price of €1.21 million, the investment programme worth €23.2 million and unconditional acceptance of compulsory social welfare programme.
