The Serbian government has established in a session today the Bill on pre-school education as well as the Bill on air protection, the Bill on waste management, the Bill on nonionised radiation and the Bill on environmental protection.
The government also passed a Decree on monthly payments to unemployed disabled veterans, who will receive 12,668 dinars starting from April 2006. The Decree refers to groups of veterans who became disabled after August 17, 1990.
The Decree on network of health institutions, the Decree on conditions for delivery of natural gas and the Decree on selling assets of insurance companies through public tender were also adopted today.
The government also decided to put an end the state of emergency period in areas stricken by floods.
The government agreed to the Statute of the Competition Protecting Committee as well as to the medium-term work programme of the Environmental Protection Fund for the period from 2006 to 2009.
A Conclusion accepting collective agreement for public company National Park Fruska Gora, Sremska Kamenica, was adopted as well.
The government also approved the Information on the necessity to conclude a Memorandum on Understanding between the Serbian government and the OSCE Mission to Serbia-Montenegro in order to complete first phase of the police work project in the local community in the South of Serbia.
The government also received the Information on the need to conclude a Memorandum on Understanding between the Serbian Ministry of Science and Environmental Protection and the Czech Ministry of Environmental Protection.
The Information on solving problems related to mine clearance in Serbia was adopted as well as the Information on the necessity to sign a Memorandum on Understanding between the Serbian government and the International Trust Fund For Demining and Mine Victims Assistance.
Also, the government accepted the Report on realisation of subsidies granted to public non-financial firms and organisations as well as donations and transfers to compulsory social insurance organisations for 2005.
