The Serbian Privatisation Agency stated that the tender commission for the privatisation of socially-owned company Magnohrom from Kraljevo which specialises in manufacture of fire-proof materials and electrothermic products and is in the process of restructuring, publicly opened bids on its session held on May 12 for the purchase of 100% of the company's capital.
The commission concluded that the bids submitted by Bomex Export Import from Belgrade and Global Steel Holdings Limited from the Isle of Man, Great Britain, were received within the deadline of May 4.
On the basis of an analysis of documentation and the opinion of the Agency's advisors, the tender commission stated that both offers fulfill requirements of the public invitation for the purchase of Maghnohrom. The Agency will make an evaluation of the offers within 30 days.
Apart from the above-mentioned bidders, the tender documentation was also purchased by MINTEQ International Inc. from the USA, Vesuvius Group S.A. from Belgium and Dalmond Trading International Limited, Great Britain.
