The statement says these bids were handed in by the Czech Republic's operator Connex Morava from Ostrava and a consortium of Hungarian tour operators Eurobus-Invest and Inter-Bus Invest from Budapest and VT-Transman from Szekesfehervar.
Having consulted the Agency's privatisation advisor, the tender commission stated that the documentation submitted by the Hungarian consortium did not fulfill the necessary criteria and tender terms. Therefore, their offer was declared incomplete and was not discussed at the public opening of bids.
The Agency's financial and legal consultants will assess the other bid within 30 days at the most, starting from the day of opening, and it will be presented at the commission's second session for Litas, reads the statement.
It was also stated at the session that the tender documentation was bought by Connex Central Europe Gmbh from Germany, Gep from Belgrade and Eurobus-Invest from Hungary.
