Interreligous conference starts tomorrow in Kosovo-Metohija

At the initiative of the Serbian Orthodox Church, a two-day interreligious conference on possibilities for building peace, mutual respect and life in Kosovo-Metohija starts tomorrow in the Patriarchate of Pec.
The activity of Kosovo interreligious council with heads of the Serbian Orthodox Church, the Islam community and the Roman Catholic Church will resume, according to a statement from the Office for Kosovo-Metohija of the Serbian Orthodox Church.
The cooperation between religious representatives of the Serbian Orthodox Church, the Roman Catholic Church and the Islam community as majority religious communities in Kosovo began in Vienna with a conference on March 18, 1999.
