The government also adopted several laws on the confirmation of the agreements on the abolition of visas for holders of diplomatic and official passports.
Visas are waived for diplomatic and official passport holders from the Republic of Ghana, the Republic of Maldives, the Democratic Republic of São Tomé and Príncipe, Saint Lucia, the Kingdom of Eswatini, the Republic of Togo, the Republic of Tajikistan, Guinea-Bissau, the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela and the Republic of Guatemala.
At today's session, a Decision was made on the formation of the Commission for the Hilandar Monastery, which, as a special working body of the government, considers issues and provides proposals, opinions and expert explanations.
The government also adopted the Bill on Confirmation of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Organisation of Multinational Forces and Observers in the Operation on the Sinai Peninsula.
By the decision of the Constitutional Court (number: IUo-39/2022), it has been established that the Decree on the Termination of the Decree on Determining Special Purpose Area for the Implementation of the "Jadar" Project of Jadarite Mineral Exploitation and Processing ("Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia", number 8/22) which was adopted by the Government of the Republic of Serbia, is not in accordance with the Constitution and the law.
In order to implement the decision of the Constitutional Court, in order to ensure the possibility of further application of the Decree and to complete the started proceedings in a constitutional and legal manner, the Government, by adopting this Decree, undertakes measures to restore the legal order to the state that existed before the adoption of the Decree that was promulgated unconstitutional.
