At the opening of the fair Career Days which is being held at the premises of the Geneks Impuls Hall, Labus said that the Serbian government is indirectly taking part in the 12th human resource fair through the National Employment Service.
He said that this is the right way of increasing employment considering the fact that unemployment is Serbia’s biggest structural problem. He added that he hopes that the 45 firms which are participating in the fair will find suitable employees.
The fair is traditionally organised by AIESEC, an international association of students of economy and management. Representatives of banks, audit houses, employment agencies and companies that deal with information technologies are also present at the fair.
During the fair all those interested will be registered and given their individual identification number, thus directly being included in the AIESEC database, available to all interested companies.
This job fair will last until April 14 and is open to visitors every day from 10 am to 7 pm.
