Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence Milos Vucevic met today with member of the German Bundestag Patricia Lips, and said that full membership in the European Union remains the course of foreign policy and the strategic determination of our country.

Vucevic pointed out in an open conversation that the current security challenges are common to all European countries and that their solution should be approached responsibly with the aim of preserving peace and further economic progress.
He expressed his disappointment over the long-standing lack of implementation of the provisions of the Brussels Agreement and emphasized Serbia's determination to contribute to the further development of regional relations and initiatives such as the Open Balkans and the Berlin Process.
The situation in Kosovo and Metohija is complex and sensitive, the Deputy Prime Minister stressed and warned that it increasingly represents a humanitarian issue.
