Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Culture Maja Gojkovic signed today with Minister of Culture and Tourism of Angola Filipe Silvino de Pina Zau the cooperation programme between the government of the Republic of Serbia and the government of Angola in the field of culture for the period from 2024 to 2026.

Gojkovic assessed that the signed document significantly contributes to the improvement of overall bilateral relations and opens up the possibility of cooperation in several areas of culture, with the film industry being among the priorities, as both countries show great interest in the development of audio-visual activities.
Gojkovic emphasized that there is a desire to improve cooperation with Angola and exchange experience in the field of animated film, stage and music activities.
She pointed out that it is important to exchange experiences in the field of cultural heritage protection with Angola.
Zau pointed out that this is his first visit to Serbia and Belgrade, where he came to reaffirm the friendship between the two peoples.
The Minister of Culture and Tourism of Angola said that today's agreement is important, because culture brings people closer together, and cooperation in other areas follows it.
