"On the occasion of the death of former Secretary of State of the United States of America Henry Kissinger, I express my deepest condolences and sympathies to the family, the Government and the American people on behalf of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia and on my own behalf.
The world will remember Henry Kissinger as a distinguished statesman, politician and excellent diplomat, who with his vision and actions left an indelible mark on diplomacy, foreign policy and international relations in turbulent times of history.
Mr. Kissinger's sharp mind, pragmatism and deep understanding of complex, global political circumstances, as well as his visionary approach, will remain a guide to current and future generations of politicians and an inspiration for building better relations and a more prosperous future for all countries and peoples around the world.
May he rest in peace," Dacic wrote.
