Serbia’s average monthly gross salary in February 2006 totalled 28,657 dinars, rising 7.72% and 6.65% in nominal and real terms respectively against January 2006, according to figures from the Serbian Statistics Office.
The average gross salary stood at 19,567 dinars in February this year, which is nominally 7.56% up compared with January and 6.50% more in real terms against the same period, according to the statement.
The average gross salary in February 2006 increased 27.92% and 11.43% in nominal and real terms respectively against the same month of 2005.
The average take-home salary paid out in February this year was by 27.93% and 11.44% higher in nominal and real terms respectively year-on-year.
The average monthly salary in Serbia paid in the January-February 2006 period nominally rose 27.61% and 10.97% in real terms against the same month of 2005.
The average take-home salary in Serbia paid in the January-February 2006 period nominally rose 27.73% and 11.07% in real terms year-on-year, the Statistics Office said.
