After the ceremonial welcome in front of the Serbian Army Guard, there were face-to-face talks between Vucevic and the Minister of Defence of Norway and a meeting of the delegations of the two countries.
After that, Vucevic said that he had informed his Norwegian colleague about the situation in Kosovo and Metohija, stressing that these are very difficult days for our people.
According to his words, Serbia condemns the murder of an Albanian policeman, but we cannot be mute, deaf and blind to the persecution and murder of Serbian people in the province.
The Deputy Prime Minister also said that Serbia certainly wants to achieve peace in Ukraine because it would be a salvation for our economies and for the economies of Europe, but that it is necessary for it to be based on the principles of international public law, which our country stands for.
He emphasised his readiness to continue cooperation with the Ministry of Defence of the Kingdom of Norway, on all issues proposed by the Norwegian side.
Gram stated that today's talks were very productive, emphasising that the relations between Norway and Serbia are good, and that the ties between our two countries are strong.
The Minister pointed out that Norway provides strong support for Serbia's European path, adding that it sees our country as a long-term partner, with which it has strong historical ties.
He expressed his satisfaction with the finalised projects and started activities, primarily in the field of military medicine, but also on the bilateral level with the Serbian Army.
