Continuation of ethnic cleansing of Serbs from Kosovo and Metohija

Director of the Office for Kosovo and Metohija Petar Petkovic stated that today's arrest of three Serbs in Kosovo and Metohija by Rosu units represents a continuation of the ethnic cleansing of the Serbian people in the province.

At an extraordinary press conference, Petkovic said that Prime Minister of Pristina's temporary institutions Albin Kurti started to implement the threat that "Serbs will pay and suffer" with these arrests.

He stated that Ilija Elezovic was arrested today in Kosovska Mitrovica, and Dragan Milovic and Zoran Kostic in Zvecan.

Today's arrests and I can say kidnappings are carried out exclusively on the order of Kurti, who wants to expel the Serbian people from Kosovo and Metohija, said the director of the Office for Kosovo and Metohija.

According to him, Kurti wants to start a war and despite all the pressure from the international community, he clearly has the support of those who talk about the politics of the two sides, even though Kurti is solely to blame.

Petković also stated that he spoke with the President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić, about convening an emergency session of the United Nations Security Council as soon as possible to discuss the situation in Kosovo and Metohija.

Someone is giving Kurti permission to bully, and who it is will be known very soon and the President of Serbia will speak about it at the UN General Assembly, concluded the director of the Office for Kosovo and Metohija.
