Parivodic explained that this document will add a legal dimension to intensive bilateral cooperation and pointed out that historical friendship and developed economic cooperation which traditionally exists between the two countries, form an outstanding basis and guarantee for future development of economic relations.
Urban pointed out that Serbia has successfully implemented economic reforms, which has contributed to the strengthening of economic cooperation and strategic partnership of the two countries.
According to Urban, this fact allows Czech businessmen to start thinking about economic cooperation with and investment in Serbia. He added that the Czech Republic fully supports Serbia's European integration.
The two ministers also discussed some concrete projects which, as both ministers pointed out, all Serbian citizens will benefit from.
Urban stressed that the two countries can cooperate in many more areas, such as the energy, transport and transport infrastructure, and environment sectors. He added that a special economic commission has been formed and has begun work on elaborating future economic projects.
Following the meeting, Parivodic said that the Czech company "Moravia" will invest €70 million in the Zajecar city heating plant.
