The Serbian government adopted at today's session a Bill on churches and religious communities and a Bill on training judges, public prosecutors, and public prosecutors' deputies and assistants.
A Bill on ratification of an agreement between the Serbian and the Croatian governments on mutual help in solving customs issues was also adopted at the session.
The Government adopted an Information on the suspected appearance of avian flu in Serbia. All necessary measures for spread prevention and eradication of the virus have been taken and until final results are obtained all emergency measures will stay in force. If the existence of the virus is confirmed, additional measures will be introduced.
A Decree on determining a programme for execution of geological works in 2006 was adopted.
The government decided to form a board to mark 800 years of the Zica monastery. Serbian Prime Minister Vojislav Kostunica was appointed head of the board.
The government issued its agreement to a Rulebook concerning lists of drugs funded by means of obligatory social security.
Agreements were issued on a Programme of activities of the Serbian Farmers' Pension and Disability Insurance Fund and a Financial Plan of the Solidarity Fund in 2006.
The government also assented to sell part of the media house "Radio JAT" Beograd.
Consent was given to an Initiative for starting privatisation of the following public companies: radio-television station "M" from Sremska Mitrovica, "Radio-televizija Zajecar" from Zajecar, "Radio-televizija" from Majdanpek, TV station "Televizija Leskovac" from Leskovac, "Radio Sombor" from Sombor and "Centar za informisanje Novi Knezevac" from Novi Knezevac.
The government passed a Solution on taking measures in the Belgrade-based company "Ivan Milutinovic – PIM".
Another two documents passed at today's session were the Analysis of macroeconomic and fiscal developments in 2005 and the Initiative for joining Convention on cross-border television of the Council of Europe.
