First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Ivica Dacic said today that our state authorities are in contact with Serbian tourists, who are staying in flood-affected areas of Greece, and are doing everything they can to help them.
In his television appearance on Radio and Television of Serbia, Dacic stated that intensive work is underway in cooperation with the Greek authorities to help our people in the areas where they are concentrated and those who contacted the Embassy of Serbia in Greece for evacuation.
He pointed out that some families from Serbia were left without their vehicles and that they are currently waiting for the action of the Greek side to evacuate the tourists, stressing that the most important thing is that there are no injured and dead people among our tourists.
