Improving cooperation between Serbia, US in fields of mutual interest

The participants in the meeting expressed their willingness to continue the constructive and dynamic political dialogue and joint work on improving the cooperation between the two countries in all areas of mutual interest, as well as particular satisfaction due to the improvement of cooperation in the field of defence.
Preserving the regional stability of the Western Balkans is an issue that the US and Serbia attach great importance to. In this sense, the preservation of peace in Kosovo and Metohija and the protection of the Serbian people in the province are of particular importance, in which KFOR has a special role today.
