First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Ivica Dacic welcomed today the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina Elmedin Konakovic, who signed the book of mourning that was opened for the diplomatic corps on the occasion of the tragedy in the Vladislav Ribnikar primary school.

Konakovic, accompanied vice president of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina Igor Stojanovic, also laid flowers in front of this school.
We decided to come to Belgrade at the time of this tragedy in order to express our condolences to the families of the injured children, and to say that on behalf of all the peoples and citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina, we sympathise with the people of Serbia, especially the victims and the injured, Konakovic said.
