The Conclusion specifies that, in line with the law, the rules that protect the dignity of the Republic of Serbia must be respected, which refer to the display of the flag of the Republic of Serbia with other flags, specifying that nothing can be written on the flag, nor can it be altered, that the flag cannot be used as a trademark or service mark, nor as any other sign for marking goods or services.
The flag must not be displayed if it is damaged or unfit for use due to its appearance and cannot be displayed in ways that are prohibited – it cannot be displayed so that it touches the ground, nor as a base, mat, rug, curtain or drapery.
In addition, the flag cannot be used for covering vehicles or other objects, nor for decorating conference tables or lecterns, except in the form of a table flag.
If the legal rules that protect the dignity of the Republic of Serbia are respected, the display of the state flag and the national flag at all ceremonial occasions is free.
