The statement reads that the second-ranked bidder is the Consortium: “Putevi Uzice”, “Novi Pazar-Put”, “Granit Pescar”, “Putevi Kipar”. The company “Betonut” from Hungary is the third-ranked bidder, while the company Alpine Mayreder GmbH from Austria is ranked fourth.
Bids for purchase of 70% of the socially-owned capital, which represents 68.60 % of the total capital of the company “Putevi Cacak” were offered by: Alpine Mayreder GmbH from Austria, “Betonut” from Hungary, the Consortium: “Putevi Uzice”, “Novi Pazar-Put”, “Granit Pescar”, “Putevi Kipar” and Austria’s Strabag.
Basic elements of the offer of the first-ranked bidder, Austria’s Strabag include a purchase price of €4,075,000, an investment programme worth €2,000,000 and unconditional compliance with the requirements of the social welfare programme.
After the announcement of the tender list, the Serbian Privatisation Agency and the company Strabag will enter negotiations to define details of the sales contract. In the case of a successful conclusion of negotiations, the Privatisation Agency will sign an agreement on the sale of the capital with the buyer within 30 days from the commencement of negotiations.
