The Serbian Ministry of Interior stated today that Milisav Stojanovic and Radosav Djordjevic were taken into custody for up to 48 hours, on suspicion of taking bribes. Their case will be submitted to the investigating judge of Cuprija.
The statement says that Stojanovic as the director of the Post Secondary School of Medicine in Cuprija, together with Djordjevic, president of the administrative board of the school, demanded bribes totaling €5,000 from a professor at the school in order to establish his working status on an indefinite basis.
The suspects received money on February 6 at the office of director Stojanovic, concludes the statement.
