First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Ivica Dacic underlined today during the talks with Secretary General of the Central European Initiative (CEI) Roberto Antonione that Serbia pays special attention to the improvement of regional cooperation, especially through participation in regional initiatives.

Dacic pointed out that this directly contributes to building mutual trust, the reconciliation process and encourages overall development on our path toward the full membership in the European Union.
Antonione expressed his gratitude for the active participation of our country and the First Deputy Prime Minister in the activities of CEI, which contributes to its efficiency and brings new energy and visibility to its work.
The development of relations with EU institutions is an absolute priority, and in this sense, CEI will continue to provide full support to the member states, including Serbia, on their path to the EU, he stated.
