Average net salary in December 22,079 dinars

The Serbian Statistical Office stated today that an average monthly gross salary in Serbia paid in December 2005 totalled 32,244 dinars, up 17.77 percent in nominal terms and 15.92 percent in real terms against November.
An average December salary without tax and other contributions totalled 22, 079 dinars, up 18.09 percent in nominal terms and 16.23 percent in real terms against November.
An average gross salary in industrial sectors amounted to 29,981 dinars, up 15.93 percent and 14.10 percent in nominal and real terms respectively against November.
A net salary in industrial sectors averaged 20,563 dinars, up 16.27 percent in nominal terms and 14.44 percent in real terms in relation to the previous month.
An average gross salary in non-industrial sectors stood at 37,318 dinars, up 21.22 percent and 19.31 percent in nominal and real terms respectively against November.
A net salary in non-industrial sectors paid in December went up from the November average by 21.50 percent and 19.59 percent in nominal and real terms respectively to 25,479 dinars.
