The Serbian Privatisation Agency stated that the public tender for the sale of one part of the Dunav Osiguranje insurance company, which in this case is Belgrade's Hotel Jugoslavija, was held today and that the hotel has been sold to the Alpe Adria Hotels company from Belgrade.
The statement specifies that the initial bidding price was €26 million, and that the price of €31.3 million, offered by the Alpe Adria Hotels, was the most favourable.
Other participants at the tender were Pluto International Co. Ltd from Kingstown and KLC Holdings II S.A.R.C.S. from Luxembourg.
