In a statement to the Tanjug news agency, Miscevic pointed out that as part of the talks on the Stabilisation and Association Agreement with the EU, the working group that is conducting the talks on industrial products in Brussels will submit the lists which define the customs reduction rate for products labelled sensitive, very sensitive and highly sensitive.
She stressed that by late January, the working group for agriculture should send the first list of products to determine the pace of the liberalisation process and define the level of sensitivity of each type of agricultural products.
According to Miscevic, these two issues will be discussed in the upcoming second round of technical talks with the EU, scheduled for February 21 to 23.
Miscevic said that the themes of the next round of talks will be protocol on transport, founding of companies and free flow of capital.
In the second round of technical talks, the issue of harmonisation of laws with those of the EU in the areas covered by the agreement will be discussed for the first time, said Miscevic, and explained that the second round of technical talks will be concerned with the fourth, the fifth and the sixth chapter of the agreement.
According to Miscevic, apart from the technical meeting, a sectoral meeting in the framework of the Advanced Standing Dialogue dedicated to the issues of internal market, competition, transport, energy, information society and the media will also be held.
Concerning the fact that the second round of talks will be conducted according to the "two-track" formula, the same issues will be opened in both Podgorica and Belgrade, while on the closing day of negotiations, February 23, a final meeting will be held, dedicated to summarizing the results of sectoral meetings and technical talks, announced Miscevic.
