Serbian Deputy Prime Minister Miroljub Labus extended Christmas and New Year's greetings to all citizens of Serbia, wishing them that in 2006 they find peace, health, prosperity, many joyful moments, more jobs and less uncertainties.
Miroljub Labus
"This year was much better than the previous one. Many say the next one will be harder.
"We should not fret about it, but accept all difficulties that may arise as a challenge and an opportunity to help ourselves. In 2006, we should do away with all uncertainties in our country and improve its image abroad.
"I suggest that we do not think of how hard the New Year may be, but accept the responsibility and find solutions for all standing issues.
"The upcoming year will be a year of challenges, and, I am certain, of right decisions. Let us accept the challenges and be proud of ourselves and of our achievements", reads the Deputy Prime Minister's greeting.
