The Serbian Privatisation Agency stated today that the public opening of offers of qualified bidders was carried out today, as part of the second phase of the restrictive procedure of public purchase for providing consultancy services of the privatisation advisor for the Serbian oil industry NIS.
The Public Purchase Commission stated that, in line with the required criteria, the bids that have fulfilled the minimum requirements are those submitted by the following bidders:

The Commission will assess the bids and send its report to the Serbian government for adoption, and the government will in turn make the final decision. All bidders will be notified on the decision afterwards.
Members of the Public Purchase Commission include Chairman Aleksandra Babic, and members Milorad Bjelopetrovic, Vladislav Cvetkovic and Smiljana Cvikic.
