The Serbian Privatisation Agency said in a statement today that the tender commission for the sale of 62.83 percent of the socially-owned capital of the joint-stock structural clay products company “Keramika” from Mladenovac, has accepted the tender list at its second session held on December 13, according to which the firm “Enmon” from Belgrade has been announced the top ranked bidder, “De Luca” from Belgrade the second-ranked.
The first ranked bidder “Enmon” has accepted the selling price of €1.5 million, an investment programme worth €3.15 million as well as the minimum requirements of the social welfare programme.
After announcing the tender list, the Serbian Agency for Privatisation and “Enmon” are to enter a period of negotiations to finalise the details of the sale contract.
If negotiations are concluded successfully, the Agency will sign the final contract with the buyer within 30 days from the first day of negotiations, adds the statement.
The tender commission was led by Serbian Assistant Minister of Economy Petar Pavlovic, and the commission included assistant to the production director of “Keramika” Mladenovac Milorad Ostojic, Milivoje Antic of the department for oil and gas at the Ministry of Energy and Mining, a representative of the Mladenovac municipality Branislav Jovanovic, and a representative of the independent union of "Keramika" Mladenovac Savo Kolundzic.
