The government also adopted the Bill on Serbia's counter guarantees for the state union of Serbia-Montenegro concerning the loan given by the European Investment Bank for financing the project for improving the state of schools in Serbia.
It also passed a Decree on the types of pollution, criteria for determining the fine for polluting the environment, and the amount of fines and the way they will be collected. A Decree on the criteria and conditions for refunding or decreasing the fine for environmental pollution was also adopted.
The government adopted the changes to the Decree on the procedure for issuing and verifying the documentation accompanying export and import products. The authority over issuing this documentation has not been specified.
