The press service of the Serbian president stated that these groups are for constitutional and legal matters, property and economic issues, cultural heritage and church issues, decentralisation, and return.
The participants in the meeting unanimously agreed that at the upcoming negotiations, international law and the principle of preservation of sovereignty and territorial integrity of our state must be respected. They stressed that a solution must be sought through dialogue and compromise, and that that solution must be lasting and stable.
The statement says that the agreement was reached that all aspects and issues concerning the beginning of negotiations on the future status of Kosovo and Metohija would be examined until the next meeting.
The Team reached a full concord on all issues that were discussed and agreed that the next meeting should be held as soon as possible, it is said in the statement.
The meeting which was held at the Serbian president's Cabinet was attended by the main negotiators, co-presidents of the team - Serbian President Boris Tadic, Serbian Prime Minister Vojislav Kostunica, Minister of Foreign Affairs Vuk Draskovic, all members of the Team, and the Team's legal advisor Thomas Fleiner.
