In this way, the services provided by the health centre in Mostar will be improved, and testing will be available to citizens in several locations, and even at the addresses of those who are older and vulnerable.
Bearing in mind that the consumption of Mostar is on average 4,500 transport media per month, the government of Serbia is proud that this amount will be enough for the people of Mostar during the next year.
The government of Serbia hopes that this donation will help the city to fight the pandemic in the next period as successfully as possible.
Cooperation with Mostar was intensified after the visit of Prime Minister Ana Brnabic to this city on 4 October last year. Brnabic then visited the Serbian community in Mostar, and on that occasion she met with Vice President of the Assembly of the City of Mostar Velibor Milivojevic and Mayor Mario Kordic, with whom this donation was agreed and finally implemented.
Since the beginning of the pandemic, Serbia has repeatedly helped the countries of the region with medical materials, medicines, protective equipment and vaccines, which were certainly most needed by our neighbours in the previous year.
Also, the government of Serbia is proud of the fact that the citizens of the region could be vaccinated in our country at a time when vaccines were not available in their countries.
