The Serbian Statistical Office stated today that an average monthly gross salary in the Republic of Serbia paid in October this year totalled 26, 721 dinars, down 0.36 percent in nominal terms and 2.6 percent in real terms against September.
An average October salary without taxes and contributions totalled 18, 265 dinars, down 0.44 percent in nominal terms and 2.68 percent in real terms against September.
An average gross salary in industrial sectors amounted to 25, 489 dinars, down 0.52 percent and 2.76 percent in nominal and real terms respectively against September.
A net salary in industrial sectors averaged 17, 432 dinars, down 0.60 percent in nominal terms and 2.83 percent in real terms in relation to the previous month.
An average gross salary in non-industrial sectors stood at 29, 488 dinars, down 0.13 percent and 2.38 percent in nominal and real terms respectively against September.
A net salary in non-industrial sectors paid in October went down from the September average by 0.18 percent and 2.42 percent in nominal and real terms respectively to 20,134 dinars.
