Government members made a decision to donate foodstuffs in the value of over RSD 25 million to the states: Lebanon, the Union of the Comoros, Madagascar, the Central African Republic, Lesotho, Eswatini and Zimbabwe.
The Republic of Serbia will send from the state commodity reserves foodstuffs (flour, pasta, sugar, salt, oil) to the most endangered states, as a continuation of its humanitarian activities at the global level and the process of deepening interstate relations.
The amended Decree on the Programme of youth employment promotion “My First Salary” was adopted, by which the successful implementation of this programme will be continued in 2021, as a form of additional support to the process of integration of the unemployed youth into the labour market.
The programme aims to train 10,000 young people with secondary and higher education, up to 30 years of age, without work experience, who are on the unemployment register of the National Employment Service, to work independently.
The decree determines the increased amount of funds for the users of the new cycle of programme, so that the user of the programme with secondary education will be provided with a monthly financial compensation in the amount of RSD 22,000, and the user of the programme with higher education in the amount of RSD 26,000.
The Serbian government adopted the Decree on the manner of storage, sampling, and destruction of seized psychoactive controlled substances, which harmonises this area with generally accepted standards of the European Union and satisfies the needs of practice at the national level regarding a uniform methodology throughout the Republic of Serbia.
This creates conditions for the application of uniform practice by the competent authorities, in order to enable control measures from the beginning (seizure of substances) to the end of the procedure (destruction of substances) on the basis of clearly prescribed regulations in a manner that is sustainable, safe and harmless to health and the environment.
At today's session, the Decree on operational reserves of oil, coal and other energy derivatives was adopted, which will gradually form these reserves by 1 January 2028 and after that it will be maintained in the amount and structure prescribed by law.
Government members made the decision to organise and conduct the "Study of monitoring the effects of immunisation against the COVID-19 disease in Serbia", as a scientific project.
The aim of this study is to look at a random sample of the population humoral immune response, i.e. the dynamics of occurrence and length of presence of antibodies of defined characteristics after vaccination with different types of vaccine, determine the dynamics of development and duration of cellular immune response, monitor SARS-COV -2 virus mutations in Serbia, as well as the assessment of the impact of comorbidities (associated diseases) on the effect of immunisation.
The Serbian government has decided to establish the Educational and Scientific Centre for the Promotion of Pedagogical Sciences in Jagodina, which will organise the work of the Research Station dedicated to pedagogical and other sciences on education, systematic training of employees in that field, training teachers for the roles of mentors and tutors and for the work with gifted students.
Today, a decision was made to establish protection measures, boundaries of the protected area and measures to protect the protected area around the Old House of the Zujovic family in Nemenikuce, immovable cultural property and a decision to determine the Industrial Building "Stara Crepana i Ciglana" - Terra in Kikinda as a cultural monument.
