Belgrade, Nov 7, 2005 –The Serbian Privatisation Agency stated that a commission in charge of selling 70 percent of the socially owned capital of the holding company ‘Fabrika vagona Kraljevo', made up of the Serbian Development Fund’s 67.8 percent contribution and 3.15 percent of total registered capital coming from Kraljevo’s freight car manufacturer, has decided to launch negotiations with the sole bidder in the tender, the Industrial Association of Donbas, based in Donetsk, Ukraine. The decision was reached at the second session held on November 4.
