The Serbian Privatisation Agency stated that the tender commission for the sale of 70 percent of the socially-owned capital of the company Jedinstvo from Apatin accepted the tender list from its session on October 31, according to which the Delta M company from Belgrade is the top ranked bidder, while the consortium MK Komerc from Novi Sad and Agroreforma from Belgrade is ranked second, and the consortium Hungaria Kozraktarozasi Rt & Azegedi Paprika Fuszer ranked third.
Delta M accepted the company's selling price of €12.6 million, an investment programme worth €4.5 million and the minimum requirements of the social welfare programme.
After the announcement of the tender list, the Privatisation Agency and Delta M will enter a period of negotiations to finalise details of the sale contract. If the negotiations are completed successfully, the agreement will be signed within 30 days from the beginning of negotiations.
