Labus said that the talks will start in November this year and finish in November next year.
He pointed out that three rounds of official and six rounds of technical talks will be held.
He expressed satisfaction in reaching the agreement that a period of 12 months should be assigned as the expected duration of the talks, adding that the first working meeting will take place on November 7-8 in Belgrade.
According to Labus, talks will begin at the same time on the state-union level as well as in the “double-track framework”, according to which the European Commission will talk separately with the Serbian and Montenegrin teams on economic and trade issues.
Labus said that the talks will start in the sector of political dialogue, general principles, financial cooperation, and cooperation between Serbia-Montenegro and the EU in the areas of transport and regional cooperation.
Head of the Serbian government’s EU Integration Office Tanja Misevic also took part in talks with Priebe.
