The Serbian Privatisation Agency stated that the tender commission in charge of the implementation of the public tender for the sale of 70 percent of the socially-owned capital of the “Napredak” company from Stara Pazova accepted a tender list according to which there are four bidders for this company – “Setuza” from the Czech Republic, “Veterinarski zavod” from Zemun, “Delta M” from Belgrade and a consortium set up of “MK Commerce” from Novi Sad and “Agroreforma” from Belgrade.
The offer by a consortium of employees in “Napredak” was not submitted on time and was therefore disregarded.
The tender commission said that apart from the companies mentioned above, the tender documentation was also repurchased by “DSD Tobacco” and Zlatko Janjic, and “Atlas sistem” from Belgrade.
The Agency’s financial and legal advisors will assess the submitted bids within 30 days from the day the bids were opened, and present them at its second session concerning the tender sale of “Napredak”.
