Serbian government, NBS delegation on visit to United States

A delegation of the Serbian government and the National Bank of Serbia (NBS) has left for Washington to attend the annual assembly of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the World Bank.
Mladjan Dinkic
Serbian Minister of Finance Mladjan Dinkic will hold separate meetings with high officials of the international financial institutions, the US Department of State, the National Security Council, and the Treasury.
Dinkic is scheduled to meet with IMF Deputy Executive Director Anne Kruger, World Bank Vice-President for Europe and Central Asia Shigeo Katsu, and World Bank Regional Coordinator for Southeast Europe and Central Asia Orsalia Kalantzopoulos.
Representatives of the Serbian government will have a series of meetings with international bankers and businesspeople.
During the visit to Washington, a presentation of the Serbian economy will be held along with an international donors’ conference organised by the world’s biggest investors such as Citigroup, JP Morgan, and Merrill Lynch.
