The task of the future advisor will be to prepare the privatisation strategy and offer consultancy services during the privatisation of NIS.
The deadline for the submission of proposed privatisation strategy is three months from the date of conclusion of the agreement.
The applications for participation in the tender must be submitted to the Privatisation Agency no later than 26 days from the date of announcing the public invitation in the Official Herald, and the applications will be opened immediately after the expiry of that deadline.
Within 10 days from the opening of applications, the tender commission will make a list of candidates who will be required to submit bids for the second phase of the tender procedure.
In the second stage of the procedure, the economically most advantageous bid will be considered to be the most favourable.
The privatisation advisor should be elected within three months from the day of announcing the public invitation in the Official Herald.
On August 18, the Serbian government brought a decision on calling a tender for the privatisation advisor of NIS and entrusted the Privatisation Agency to carry out the tender procedure.
