Privatisation agency launches talks on Vladicin Han-based Sloga

The Serbian Privatisation Agency has said that the tender commission in charge of selling 70 percent in Vladicin Han-based Sloga decided at its second session held today to launch the talks with the only bidder, a consortium set up of Dunav Holdings Inc, Arizona USA, Vlajko Mitrovic from Vladicin Han and Pies Unikum d.o.o. from Belgrade.
The Serbian Ministry of Economy will form a commission in charge of direct negotiations with the only bidder, according to the statement from the Privatisation Agency.
